    Subject: 'The one thing I wish someone told me about [topic].' Share your most contrarian or valuable insight. No offer. Pure value. This is the email that turns a subscriber into a reader.

    Email 3 (Day 5): Social proof

    One specific customer result: 'How [company] went from [X] to [Y] in [timeframe].' Use real numbers. No results fabrication — it destroys trust permanently. If you have no case studies yet, share a testimonial or your own before/after.

    Emails 4–5 (Days 8, 14): Soft offer, then close

    Email 4: Introduce your main product or service with context, not a sales pitch. 'This is how we help [ICP].' Email 5: Clear call to action — demo booking, trial signup, first purchase. A deadline or limited offer makes Email 5 3–5× more effective.
